On September 7th my husband and I celebrated our 3 year Wedding Anniversary! Time really flies... :) Since neither of us had ever been to San Diego Zoo, we decided to make that our destination for the day. We absolutely loved it, it was such a fun day and we saw so many cute animals! Well, we also saw many animals that weren't so cute, to be honest, but hey, it's not their fault! These are some of my favorite images from the zoo!

After a great day at the zoo we weren't ready to go back to the hotel, so we drove around night Downtown San Diego, then we got a little lost and ended up in Coronado, which opened up a beautiful view of the Downtown!
The next day we decided to explore San Diego as much as we could. First we headed to Old Town. It was really interesting to walk through all of the museums and shops. The Old Town is very colorful and great for taking photos!
In the two days we were in San Diego Greg tried on so many hats, but we ended up not getting any of them. This one was my favorite though :)
After we were all done with the Old Town, we drove around downtown some more and ended up in Balboa Park - a beautiful place to visit!
Then we headed down Harbor Ave, and just enjoyed the view!
I did not know they had that monument in San Diego! It was very exciting to see it!
We ended our day with a dinner at Fiesta Cantina where we had some margaritas and all you can eat taco platters! Great stuff!It was an amazing weekend, and I look forward to many many more just like that!
